Ages 6-11 – join me for a 45-minute yoga class designed specifically for those “not so littles” who are feeling their oats and finding themselves. We will play with yoga poses, decision making, group activities, breathing exercises; all while encouraging kindness and sharing.
Bring the little ones, ages 2-5 for an “inspired” partner yoga, aptly named Me and My Shadow.
